You will:
* Act as a player-coach – closing deals while leading and eventually managing a team
* Take full ownership of your function and have a real voice in strategic decisions
* Win new business and expand Archer's client base across Malta
* Shape and improve the business development and sales functions

What We're Looking For:
* 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Account Executive, Business Development Consultant, Specialist Business Development, Senior Business Developer, Team Lead...)
* A resilient, driven mindset – someone who actively pursues ambitious goals
* A genuine desire to lead a team and contribute to long-term success
* Eu Passport or Citizenship with the ability to live and work in Malta

* Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
