Consultor SAP SD - PS Junior
JOB DESCRIPTION
Learn
about and participate in the maintenance and evolution of the different
applications of the Case Management and Billing area, particularly the SAP SD
and PS modules.
Actively
participate in project management and supporting its modules. Manage projects
directly affecting his or her area (usually supervised by a senior consultant),
as well as participate and coordinate with the others. Must understand the
business and be able to act as an occasional contact person—in replacement of,
or as delegated by, a senior consultant or otherwise the back office
manager—for the Controlling and Assistants (billing) Departments.
As
in the case of the senior counterpart, the main focus will be on optimizing the
technological resources we provide, and service quality for internal
clients/users.
DUTIES
The main functions are:
* Must have an in-depth
working knowledge of the SAP SD and PS (Project Systems) modules and the
ecosystem of applications and related products (including TIQTime and collection
management), as well as becoming an expert in their operation,
architecture and parameterization.
* As project manager,
directly manage most of the small projects and operating his or her area
(regular or planned tasks) and collaborate on larger projects under the
supervision of a senior consultant or the back office manager.
* Play an important role
in the functional and unit testing and the validation testing of the
different projects, supported by resources of the N2 team or the SAP
AM service.
* Manage the external
programmers with whom he or she may work.
* Collaborate and play an
active role in creating, maintaining and supervising the area's documents.
* Impart training in his
or her area and possibly other relevant departmental training.
* Manage and solve the
different problems in his or her area.
* Collaborate with
supervising the AM SAP SD-PS service and possibly act as N3 (being
assigned preferentially). Collaborate with troubleshooting, minimize the
appearance of new incidents, and work toward most being resolved at
previous levels (N1, N2 Applications).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* A Bachelor's degree,
preferably in STEM and preferably Computer Engineering, Industrial
Engineering or Telecommunications, although Business Administration and
Management with additional training in computer science and programming is
also accepted.
* A strong financial
foundation is valued, such as a Master's degree in Business Administration
or Finance.
* Medium level English
(minimum B1 / ALTE 3).
* Minimum 2 years'
experience in the field as a SAP consultant, ideally in logistics modules
and particularly SD and PS, and FI-CO.
* Knowledge of other SAP
ERP/S4: HCM (HR/Success Factors), FI-CO, and CRM/C4C—is valued. Knowledge
of Fiori (SAPUI5), Hana and the BI analytical tools will be
particularly valued.
* PMP and Agile project
management methodologies.
* ITIL in incident
management and IT Services Management.
