WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
You will join Gameloft for Brands, the division dedicated to in-game advertising and gamification solutions. Your mission will be to lead the creative vision and artistic direction of rich media formats (playables, mini-games, interactive videos, rich banners) within COMBO! The Gaming Media Network.
What it means on a daily basis :
- Define and champion the creative and artistic vision of interactive formats (playables, mini-games, interactive videos, rich media).
- Design, produce, or supervise high‑quality mockups, prototypes, storyboards, motion assets, and visual deliverables.
- Turn brand and agency briefs into innovative and engaging creative concepts aligned with client objectives.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of creative talents (designers, motion artists, illustrators, HTML5 developers) while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
- Co‑develop visual guidelines, templates, brand identities, and B2B materials to strengthen COMBO!/G4B’s creative footprint.
- Conduct continuous creative trendwatching (gaming, UX/UI, motion, 3D, AI) and drive a culture of innovation within the team.
You will report to our Integral Marketing Director at Gameloft and manage a team of two designers, working in close collaboration with the product and technical teams.
Recruitment Process

- Interview with the Hiring Manager, our Global Marketing Director at Gameloft: This interview aims to evaluate your suitability for the role, assess your technical skills, and answer any technical questions you may have about the position.
- Final interview with our EVP, Gameloft for Brands: This final stage provides an opportunity to discuss the previous interviews in more depth and to assess the strategic aspects of the role.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proven background in art direction, graphic design, and digital creative production.
- Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, UX, and interactive advertising formats (HTML5, playable ads).
- Proficiency with creative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, OpenAI) and collaborative tools (Figma, Miro).
- Experience leading and supporting multidisciplinary creative teams.
