You will be part of a dynamic and expanding team within the South-West Europe Region, focusing on the Iberian market.**Your challenges**- Build and manage and committed team whose missions are:- To inform and inspire our individual customers about the benefits of natural light and fresh air.- Listen to customers' needs to recommend the best VELUX solutions, provide a tailor-made response and make their projects a reality.- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience- Ensure the deployment of services as defined/validated in a strategic and operational roadmap,- Propose, inspire and initiate the sharing of good practices within the different regions of the group (Europe) and be a force of proposal on the evolutions of the service, tools, processes- Analyze the results and work with your local/regional contacts to improve the business model of your business (operations/sales/marketing/CXU)- Validate and develop operational processes, recruitment and training paths, advance in a logic of continuous improvement.
