From Hays, we are seeking for a PLM Project Leader (BOM EXPERT LEAD) for an important multinational automotive company based in Madrid.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the continuity of the Product Bill of Materials (BOM) within the company: EBOM, MBOM, SBOM and all related processes across the organisation (Customs, Purchasing, Finance, etc.).
* Coordinate the company’s BOM committee with all stakeholders from the different business areas. Formalise, implement, and update the standards agreed by all parties.
* Act as the point of contact for IS/IT on all matters related to the company’s BOM.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
* University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in PLM and/or ERP.
* Experience working with and coordinating cross-functional teams.
* Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Data-driven mindset.
