The Role
You'll be part of a specialist Professional Services team delivering end-to-end Prisma Access implementations for large, complex environments. This is a hands-on consulting role where you'll work directly with customers to design, deploy, and optimise secure access solutions.
Expect a mix of architecture, implementation, and client-facing advisory work.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading Prisma Access deployments across enterprise environments
* Designing scalable SASE architectures aligned to customer requirements
* Acting as a trusted technical advisor to clients
* Running workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design engagements
* Troubleshooting and optimising existing Prisma Access implementations
* Collaborating with internal engineering and product teams
What They're Looking For
* Strong hands-on experience with Prisma Access (this is non-negotiable)
* Background in network security, ideally within enterprise or service provider environments
* Solid understanding of SASE, Zero Trust, and cloud-delivered security models
* Experience with technologies like PAN-OS, GlobalProtect, IPSec VPNs, BGP
* Customer-facing consulting experience
* Ability to operate independently in a remote, global team
Nice to Have
* Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE or similar)
* Experience with other SASE or SSE platforms
* Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
