Responsibilities Supports administrative tasks, including diary coordination, travel arrangements, expense administration, and file organization, with some autonomy and guidance as needed.
Supports a broad range of routine general office administration activities, such as room planning, photocopying, printing, filing, archiving, and managing office materials, with some autonomy and guidance as required.
Supports the creation and review of documents, checking them for accuracy before forwarding for review, signing and authorization, with some autonomy and guidance when needed.
Supports administrative tasks by anticipating needs, independently handling routine duties, resolving issues and assisting with higher‐level administrative projects, while maintaining a smooth workflow with some autonomy and occasional guidance.
Assists with the implementation of basic office procedures and systems under supervision, helping to ensure smooth operations.
Supports staff with simple administrative tasks and seeks guidance when issues arise.
