What You’ll Do
You will partner with customers, ask questions, demonstrate empathy, and communicate effectively to translate problems into solutions that drive growth.
* Collaborate with sales and account teams across various roles.
* Engage directly with customers through workshops, RFI/RFP responses, pilots, and visits.
* Propose workflow improvements and connect solutions to customer needs.
* Support strategic engagements to grow relationships.

* Bring a growth mindset and share your ideas to contribute to success.
Skills and Experience
Required
* Experience in modern factory environments, ensuring data continuity from planning to operation.
* Hands-on technical skills with relevant technologies.
* Knowledge of Autodesk solutions, especially Autodesk Construction Cloud.
* Solution-focused problem-solving approach.
* Fluent in English and one of German, Spanish, French, or Swedish.
* Willingness to travel up to 50% within EMEA and globally.
Desired
* Knowledge of competitors like PTC, Siemens, Dassault.
* Experience with data analysis tools like Power BI or Tableau.
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
* Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
* Interest or experience in sales support roles.
* Ability to influence through persuasion and negotiation.
* Relationship-building skills and social media knowledge.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
