The Creators team goal is to make Amazon the Earth's most desired destination for commerce influencers, associates (publishers, bloggers, and more) and their content. We are a team of innovators tackling difficult problems, laser‐focused on building and enhancing products and experiences that drive growth for creators. We own the Creator product suite across Amazon to ensure a cohesive experience, experiment with compensation structures, and launch features that reinforce achievement for creators in addition to monetary compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon's Influencer Program (AIP) pushes the boundaries of a best‐in‐class social commerce business, optimizing for customer pain points and democratizing earning opportunities across all creator cohorts. In this role you will:
* Influence and build relationships with top creators to help them generate revenue, build audience development strategies, and tailor content to drive shopping outcomes.
* Support creators in monetizing content across formats and mediums, engaging customers wherever they spend time online.
* Use deep knowledge of digital and social media and a solutions‐oriented mindset to support and grow creators' businesses with Amazon, maximizing earning potential.
* Lead with data, taking an analytical approach to supporting customers, and manage ambiguity while inventing on behalf of creators.
* Develop strong relationships and work closely and constructively with external partners.
Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of program or project management experience.
* 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
* Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL proficiency.
* Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
* Experience working cross‐functionally with tech and non‐tech teams.
* Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of driving end‐to‐end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
* Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.
* Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
* Skill in using generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and recognition of opportunities to enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
Benefits
Base salary range for this position varies by location: 81,600–142,800 USD annually (NY) and 82,700–129,800 USD annually (WA). The compensation package includes sign‐on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
