Job Purpose:
As a Sales Representative for Renal Care Solutions, you will develop the Chronic End Stage Renal Disease business, including Chronic, Acute, and Vascular Access, within an innovative product area, significantly impacting our business success. Be part of a motivated and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell RCS products and activities in your area.
2. Achieve sales targets and manage negotiations with public and private institutions.
3. Present technologies and products to target customers and support proper usage.
4. Provide clinical support in dialysis centers.
5. Launch new products aligned with business objectives.
6. Implement promotional plans in your area.
7. Coordinate with key market players and opinion leaders.
8. Utilize clinical literature effectively.
9. Identify business opportunities and follow up on projects.
10. Plan and support commercial solutions and events.
11. Travel across the country and Europe for conferences and events as needed.
Qualifications:
* Healthcare-related degree or equivalent; experience in medical device sales preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical devices or equipment.
* Knowledge of dialysis is a plus.
* Target-oriented with a successful sales record.
* Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
* Understanding of healthcare systems and tender regulations.
Skills and Competencies:
* Results-driven with a proactive approach.
* Strategic thinking and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
* Team player with integrity and adaptability.
* Knowledge of MS Office; SalesForce CRM experience is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
* Valid driver’s license.
* Willingness to travel across the country and Europe.
