We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a commercial migration for one of our clients. You will be the driving the transition ensuring that every phase is specified, tracked, and executed without disrupting business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
● Migration Roadmap: Define and own the end-to-end commercial migration plan, specifying every technical and operational requirement involved.
● Stakeholder Orchestration: Partner closely with Commercial Leads to determine transition windows and mitigate risks to client-facing operations.
● Progress Tracking: Maintain project health metrics, ensuring all workstreams are hitting milestones on time and within scope.
● Transition Strategy: Work with legal and commercial teams to determine \"what can transition when,\" optimizing for speed and compliance.
Requirements:
● Experience: 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading commercial or enterprise-level migrations
● Agile Mastery: Very good knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira; experience managing high-velocity delivery cycles.
● Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to navigate complex corporate hierarchies and influence \"Commercial Leads\" to align on transition timelines.
● Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III) is preferred.
