Experteer Overview
In this role you design and implement backend solutions using Java Spring Boot within EY GDS Spain's Digital Engineering team. You contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects for financial services and insurance clients, collaborating across cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup. You drive code quality, testing, and best practices while staying current with modern backend techniques. This position offers growth through exposure to new technologies and global collaboration, with a clear impact on client transformation journeys.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, implement and maintain backend services and microservices using Java Spring Boot with a focus on performance and scalability
• Develop backend logic and APIs; orchestrate services and microservices
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality
• Work with Git and follow branching models (e.g., Git-flow)
• Collaborate with agile teams and contribute to project planning and delivery
• Stay updated on backend development best practices and participate in knowledge sharing initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with Java Spring Boot microservices
• Experience with unit testing and Git versioning
• Solid knowledge of SQL
• Advanced level of English
