Title: IT EUC Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktop environments.
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
* Manage Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and MDM/EMM solutions.
* Package, test, and deploy applications using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or equivalent.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Maintain IT asset inventory, perform upgrades, and coordinate repairs/replacements.
* Support VPN, MFA, security policies, and endpoint protection tools.
* Document standard operating procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
* Collaborate with network, server, and security teams to resolve complex IT incidents.
* Ensure compliance with company security standards and IT policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3+ years of EUC/Desktop support experience in enterprise environments.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, O365, Intune, SCCM).
* Experience with MDM/EMM solutions (Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, etc.).
* Familiarity with network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
* Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills to support VIPs and business stakeholders.
