We are seeking an experienced and visionary Group Product Manager to lead the development and strategic growth of Carolina Herrera’s Prestige Fragrances, including our globally iconic Good Girl and Bad Boy franchise. Based in Barcelona and reporting to the Fragrance Marketing Manager, this role will be at the forefront of driving long-term brand equity and innovation while managing a talented team of two Product Managers and one Graduate.

Strategic Brand Leadership
* Define and execute the long-term global strategy for our prestige fragrance collection, aligning with brand vision and business goals.
* Translate market, consumer, and trend insights into a robust innovation pipeline and brand-building initiatives.
* Partner closely with senior leadership, markets, and cross-functional teams to ensure global consistency and local relevancy.
* Manage and mentor a team of two Product Managers and one Graduate, ensuring growth, motivation, and operational excellence.
* Foster a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
* Lead the ideation and development of new launches: from strategic concept creation to packaging, storytelling, and naming.
* Oversee creative direction and briefing for product design, content creation, and communication assets.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, Communications, Operational Marketing, Training) to ensure 360° brand activation.
Campaign Oversight & Content Development
* Guide the development of integrated campaigns and visual storytelling across channels, in collaboration with creative and media partners.
* Supervise photoshoots, content production, and post-production phases, ensuring brand coherence and excellence.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and drive optimization.
* 6+ years of experience in global brand/product management, ideally in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury.
* Prior experience managing teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; master’s preferred.
* Languages: Fluency in English is required. Spanish or French is a strong plus.
