Mission
The RFID Technical Specialist acts as link among Sales, Product and Project management, gives support in order to completely understand customers’ needs and transform them into requirements, plays a key role helping dedicated teams to develop/test/customize our intelligent RFID solutions for our customers within the retail Grocery and Beverage industry across Europe
Your new role
* Support sales team taking a consultative role in supporting customers evaluation processes, solution and architectural recommendations.
* Provide technical specifications and requirements documentation as necessary to support the proposed solution.
* Provide feedback to product management.
* Conduct solution workshops with the customers to develop detailed requirements and implementation roadmap.
* Define high level integration interfaces between the company products and customer’s IT systems.
* Assist Field Service Team during the installation phases.
* Conduct test of the solution and produce technical reports.
* Suggest new customization/implementation of the solution.
* Assist in collating 3rd party requirements & pricing from partners
* Interact and build relationships with internal and external experts, business process owners, manufacturing teams, partners, and product managers at multiple levels.
* Communicate across leadership and business lines.
What you'll need to succeed
* A Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent degree is preferred.
* +4 years of professional experience with proven records to deliver customer success.
* Proven knowledge of Radio Frequency Identification (Rfid) technology
* Manufacturing process mapping
* Extensive knowledge of the Industry operations
* Experience interfacing with and setting up software and hardware
* Experience of interfacing with other solution providers for data service/database/systems integration.
* Fluent in English, other languages will be a plus
* Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change with competing demands
* Ability to work both independently and in team and to perform well under pressure
* Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
* Willing to travel 30% of time.
