At Bonsai Labs, we embed directly into client operations and execute this transformation. We're looking for a senior transformation consultant to work with us on rewiring enterprises and turning them into AI-native organizations. Our engineers build the AI. You transform the business around it.
What you'll do
* Diagnose processes and identify high-impact AI automation opportunities across professional services, back-office, and knowledge work functions
* Build ROI models and business cases tied to P&L and org structure
* Drive change management — training, rollout, stakeholder communication up to C-level
* Set up Centers of Excellence and transfer capability to the client
* Advise on organizational transformation — restructuring teams, changing roles, recommending hard decisions
What we're looking for
* Background in management consulting (Big 4 / MBB) or operational leadership (COO, Head of Ops), specifically in transforming white-collar and professional services environments
* You understand how knowledge work actually flows — the informal processes, the tribal knowledge, the resistance patterns that are unique to professional and back-office teams
* You've stood up a Center of Excellence or built an internal capability from scratch
* You can move between industries without losing effectiveness — your skill is the transformation methodology, not the domain
* Comfortable presenting hard recommendations (including headcount changes) to the C-suite
