Our team of around 100 employees is mainly based in Malaga, Spain, with incorporation in the US and EU (top-corp registered in Delaware). While our Development team is based in Malaga, remote work from home or other cities is encouraged, as location is flexible.What is Plytix? Monitoring and troubleshooting production systems, responding to incidents promptlyImplementing automation strategies for manual tasksChecking logs and alertsIntegrating software solutions like Hubspot / Asana and creating scripts to fix or mitigate issuesEnsuring SLAs are metAfter 1 month:
You'll familiarize yourself with our tools and processes, start coding, and learn our product features. You'll be supported by software engineers and mentored by support team members.After 3 months:
You'll understand our product well enough to handle non-trivial issues independently, diagnose problems, propose automations, and document common issues.After 6 months:
You'll be fully integrated, autonomous, and collaborating across departments to improve customer experience. You'll perform tasks in both development and production environments confidently.Working closely with the Support Manager, you'll investigate incidents, diagnose issues, and develop solutions.
