Key Responsibilities
* Leads a team of 2 to 3 shop assistants, ensuring The Pacha Shop is a dynamic hub of style and unforgettable service.
* Identifies bestsellers, underperformers and gaps in the assortment to inform future buying decisions and commercial strategy.
* Engages customers with a personalised approach, offering styling tips, exceptional customer service, and product recommendations that elevate their shopping experience.
* Handles customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and confidence, ensuring every interaction reflects The Pacha Group’s commitment to excellence.
* Processes sales transactions with precision and passion, transforming each purchase into a seamless and memorable brand moment.
* Maintains a visually electrifying store environment consistent with The Pacha Group’s brand aesthetic.
* Takes full ownership of stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks, ensuring a seamless flow of merchandise.
* Always ensures proper pricing, tagging, and displaying of new arrivals and promotions, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
* Collaborates with Visual Merchandising and Marketing Teams to implement campaigns, launches and product activations that drive footfall and sales.
* Demonstrates an unmatched understanding of The Pacha Group’s collections, product materials, and brand storytelling.
* Embodies the soulful Pacha lifestyle and electrifying energy, reflecting the brand’s bold identity.

What We’re Looking For
* A proven track record of 2-3 years in a store manager or similar role, within fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.
* Strong sales and customer service skills with a passion for creating inimitable shopping moments.
* Understanding of visual merchandising and luxury retail standards, ensuring every display is creative and immersive.
* Proven experience in leading small teams and coordinating retail operations with confidence.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, embracing the dynamic spirit of The Pacha Group.
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the operational needs of The Pacha Group.
* Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
* Holds the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits, in full compliance with local regulations.
* Personally settled on the island with accommodation already arranged is a must.
* Brings a positive attitude that aligns with the spirit of The Pacha Group.
