BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a Head of Sport CRM to join their team based in Valencia.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the overall CRM strategy across 50+ sports-related projects, ensuring consistency, scalability, and impact across multiple sports verticals. - Build, manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing CRM team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Define, implement, and continuously refine CRM best practices, including segmentation, lifecycle journeys, personalization, and automation, to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. - Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives, product roadmaps, and fan engagement strategies. - Oversee CRM performance by defining KPIs, monitoring campaign effectiveness, and using data-driven insights to optimize performance across all sports projects. - Ensure CRM tools, data, and processes are effectively leveraged to support scalable growth and consistent fan experiences across platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Head / Lead-level CRM role or a similar leadership position, with ownership of CRM strategy and execution. - Demonstrated experience working within the Sports industry or on sports-related digital products, with a strong understanding of fan behaviour and engagement. - Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. - Strong strategic and analytical mindset, combined with hands-on experience using CRM platforms, lifecycle marketing tools, and customer data. - Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
