What you will do in this role
As a Sales Manager on our team, you will:
- Lead your team to meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up-to-date CRM data
- Support your team by removing obstacles and resolving issues
- Monitor performance, conduct coaching sessions, and drive productivity
- Analyze trends to develop strategic sales initiatives
- Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and collaborate on reporting
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay updated on market trends and keep your team informed
- Support career development and build talent pipelines
- Align the team with performance goals and client expectations
- Coordinate team incentives and performance-based rewards
- Collaborate with quality and readiness teams to enhance agent performance
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in English and Spanish
- Hold an Associate’s Degree in a related field, with 1–3 years of experience - Are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
