As an iOS Engineer at Monzo, you will help evolve our native mobile app used by millions. You’ll work in a small, autonomous squad within a collaborative engineering culture and help shape how customers interact with their finances. You’ll balance delivering well-tested, resilient code with moving fast and iterating on product. This role offers impact across the product and platform teams, and opportunities to learn from a wide range of disciplines.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop and ship polished iOS features in Swift/SwiftUI within an autonomous product squad
• Collaborate with Android, Backend, UX, PMs, QA and Data Science to deliver end-to-end outcomes
• Own parts of the app architecture, ensure test coverage and reliability
• Contribute to a mobile platform squad to enable other engineers to move faster
• Participate in weekly iOS discipline meetings to share learnings and improve codebase and processes
• Engage in the full interview process and grow through regular 1:1 coaching with an engineering manager
Responsabilidades
• Experience programming in Swift
• Shipped and iterated on at least one App Store app
• Product mindset with focus on customer xpzdshu outcomes and data-informed decisions
• Comfortable in ambiguity and collaborative team environments
• Understanding of computer science fundamentals
