Proactively engage with overseas customers to understand their needs, address /pp inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring high levels of customer /pp satisfaction and retention. /pp4. Lead the preparation for and participation in international exhibitions and congresses to /pp showcase our products and services, and network with potential clients and industry /pp professionals. /p pb Qualifications /b /pp1. Bachelor#39;s degree or above in international trade, marketing, or a related field. A /pp background in a medical-related profession is advantageous. /pp2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years of proven success /pp in international sales of surgical instruments. Experience in selling ultrasonic knives or /pp surgical staplers is highly preferred. /pp3. Proficiency in English is essential, as it will be used as the primary working language for /pp international communications and negotiations. /pp4. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business trips, as required to /pp support sales initiatives and attend industry events. /p
