WHAT WILL YOU DO? As part of the IT team, you will contribute to BOLD’s operational efficiency by providing timely and effective IT support to end-users, ensuring the reliable use of systems, tools and devices while supporting the security and continuity of day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- User Support & Incident Resolution
Provide first-level IT support to employees, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Escalate complex or critical incidents to the IT & Security Manager or external providers when required.
Support users in the effective and secure use of IT tools and applications.
- Systems & Workplace IT Support
Support the maintenance and correct operation of end-user devices, workstations and workplace technology. Perform routine updates, patches and preventive maintenance activities.
Assist in documenting system configurations, incidents and support procedures.
Participate in the onboarding and offboarding process from an IT perspective.
- IT Asset & Inventory Management
Manage IT inventory, including laptops, peripherals, mobile devices and software licenses. Ensure proper deployment, tracking and replacement of IT assets.
Maintain accurate asset records and support lifecycle management activities.
- Security & Compliance Support
Support the implementation of IT security policies and good practices. Assist users with access requests, password management and secure handling of company information.
Detect and report potential security incidents and support mitigation actions when required.
- Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve IT support processes and user experience. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge relevant to the role.
Share knowledge and provide basic guidance or training to users when needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk environments.
- Experience supporting Windows devices, hardware, software and network-related issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, Microsoft environments and IT support best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer-service skills.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- IT certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft).
- Experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
