The Opportunity

Title: Inside Sales Representative - Arabic speaking

Location: Barcelona

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Inside Sales team in Barcelona as an Inside Sales Representative - Arabic speaking.


Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative drives revenue growth by prospecting within a defined book of business. Responsibilities include scheduling remote meetings, identifying customer needs, and offering solutions. The role involves maintaining regular contact with customers, ensuring renewals and satisfaction, and collaborating internally to build strong relationships and meet sales targets.


Your Role in Our Mission

* Prospect within your assigned book of business and schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers.
* Prepare thoroughly for sales calls, including pre-meeting research, handling objections, and post-meeting follow-up.
* Identify customer requirements and match them with Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling.
* Support contract renewals by engaging customers, addressing concerns, and collaborating with renewal teams.
* Drive solutions sales through prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand Iron Mountain's footprint.
* Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with customer service, operations, and sales teams.
* Utilize CRM and analytical tools to assess customer data and identify growth opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their organizational goals and acting as an industry expert.


Valued Skills and Experience

* Strong sales closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and drive next steps.
* Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English; experience selling to customers in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
* Consistent prospecting using phone, email, and social selling strategies.
* Ability to qualify opportunities by understanding decision-making, budgets, and buying motives.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), social media, and data analysis tools.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
