Together with the Regional IT Infra Director, responsible for building and running IT Infra services to all ELEs in your Zone.
Lead the IT transformation program to segregate IT Infra assets and isolate IT Solutions in your Zone.
Install IT governance processes (IT Service Management) for your Zone.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Engage with IT Director to define the IT strategy for the zone; manage the annual IT budget; support the Zone Business Leader with onboarding new companies.
* Implement a true “IT as a Service” Model for IT Infra services; act as a Managed IT Service Provider; build relationships with key business leaders.
* Monitor and report on IT service quality and customer satisfaction against KPIs and SLAs.
* Build and manage your IT team across multiple countries; cooperate with regional teams; ensure consistency and share best practices.
* Develop a portfolio of IT Business Services aligned with business needs and manage the delivery to meet SLAs.
IT Infra & Security
* Define IT Infrastructure Strategy with the Zone Business Leader & Regional IT Infra Director.
* Steer your Zone IT Infra team to provide top-tier IT Services; ensure operations within budget, time, scope, and quality.
* Manage the transformation of legacy infrastructure into a segregated landscape.
* Ensure compliance with Group/Regional IT standards; monitor and audit IT Infra & Security postures.
IT Solutions
* Define IT Solutions Strategy with the Zone Business Leader.
* Steer the IT Solutions team to deliver high-quality services within budget and scope.
* Support IT Solutions standards and governance; lead transformation initiatives for IT infrastructure and solutions.
* Implement standardized cost management, project management, and service management practices.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and support regulatory audits.
REQUIRED PROFILE
* Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related; MBA is a plus.
* Certifications like PMP, ITIL Foundations; knowledge of Scrum, COBIT, TOGAF is desirable.
* Lean methodology knowledge is a plus.
Experience
* Min 5 years in a similar role.
* 5-10 years in IT project/program management, preferably in industrial or laboratory environments.
* Proven leadership in managing international, distributed teams.
* Strong competencies in strategy, risk, service management, and enterprise architecture.
* Experience with IT Service Management practices, especially in regulated environments.
* Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle complex change management.
Technical Skills
* Familiarity with BPMN, UML, SCRUM, GxP, GDPR.
* Experience with IT Service Management Systems like ServiceNow.
* Data analysis skills for executive reporting.
