This role is pivotal in driving value across indirect spend categories, including but not limited to; HR, Legal, Data Protection, ESG, Marketing, Professional Services, Facilities, Real Estate, Recruitment, Temporary Staff (Contractors).The Role will act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring procurement excellence and continuous improvement managing the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending and categories of spend according to business needs. You'll also be generating and implementing efficient sourcing and category management strategies and calculating costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.As a Procurement Business Partner within Corporate you'll be responsible for handling Corporate sourcing operations, appraising and improving our sourcing activities by analyzing the company’s spending, supplying partnerships and new possibilities.What You Will DoEnsures the effective procurement of services in a timely and efficient manner.Develops and Implements the Category strategies, to control costs, time, promote competition and safeguard supply capacity, including suppliers consolidation opportunities, consistently with Group objectives and targets.Manages engagements and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure Categories and saving plans, budget assumptions, terms and processes are consistently reviewed and aligned and internal stakeholder expectations are met.Lead sourcing initiatives across Indirect Procurement corporate service categories, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions.Develop and execute Indirect Category strategies aligned with business goalsEnsure procurement processes are followed with high attention to detail and governanceNegotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. Engineer value-driven negotiation plansAnalyse and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditureResearch and anticipate shifts in the negotiating powerPerform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarkingEstimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniquesDiscover and partner with trustworthy, inclusive & Diverse vendors and suppliersSupport sustainable procurement approach in line with ISO20400 guidanceEstablishes and maintains regular and productive relationships with business stakeholders to achieve agreed business goals.Maximizes the use of tools, processes, policy setting and enforcement in alignment with the Categories strategy to support the control of the spend.Manages tender processes from the specification stage to final contract award.Following contract award, manages and leads the contract negotiation process to conclusion.Ensures all the documentation relevant to sourcing activities is complete and available in Ariba (RFP, scoring tools and results, Order Forms, SoWs)Key performance indicatorsOpex and Capex savings against budgetOpex and Capex avoidanceROISustainable metricsRelevant support to the business to deliver at the right cost, the right object, at the right timeSuccessful opportunity analysisFull alignment with Business OwnersRelationships and key contactsYou will be working closely with the Finance Business partners, legal as well as internal stakeholdersYou will be in constant touch with Colt suppliersWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years’ experience in Procurement Sourcing management (Indirect Procurement experience preferred)Strong internal engagement, Interpersonal and influencing skills.
