We are a mission-driven company with global momentum and a bold vision for inclusive innovation. /ppPURPOSE OF THE ROLE /ppTo lead and scale the global marketing function at NaviLens, with a focus on strategic positioning, full-funnel demand generation, and brand leadership across accessibility, smart mobility, and inclusive innovation. This role is responsible for architecting and executing marketing strategies that drive adoption, elevate visibility, and accelerate revenue through data-driven automation and AI-powered tools. /ppKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /ppStrategic Marketing Leadership /ppDesign and implement the global marketing strategy aligned with NaviLens’ commercial, social impact, and technology objectives. /ppTranslate company vision into integrated marketing programs across owned, earned, and paid channels. /ppChampion the brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications. /ppGrowth Demand Generation /ppDevelop segmentation, targeting, and personalized marketing flows across verticals (e.g., transport, consumer goods, public sector). /ppDrive multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads for both direct and partner sales funnels. /ppEstablish attribution models and campaign tracking for ROI optimization. /ppMarketing Automation AI Integration /ppLead the selection, implementation, and optimization of martech tools for automation, CRM integration, and AI-enabled content personalization. /ppOversee the creation and optimization of lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation platforms and AI-powered content generation and writing tools. /ppPartner with tech/data teams to leverage AI/ML models for funnel analysis, audience segmentation, and predictive insights. /ppContent Product Marketing /ppOversee creation of thought leadership assets, case studies, product videos, and accessibility storytelling across media. /ppCollaborate with Product and Deployment teams to translate technical features into user-centric benefits for diverse audiences. /ppEnable Sales and Partners with tailored value propositions, pitch decks, and market-specific messaging. /ppCampaign Management Events /ppPlan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, including digital ads, webinars, tradeshows, and co-branded activations. /ppLead strategic event presence (e.g., accessibility forums, tech summits) to elevate NaviLens’ voice and forge relationships. /ppPartner Ecosystem Marketing /ppCoordinate with the Partner Development Manager and Sales teams to launch co-marketing programs and partner enablement assets. /ppDevelop co-branding frameworks, joint press releases, and campaign kits tailored to partner tiers and regions. /ppTeam Cross-Functional Collaboration /ppCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Deployment, and Legal to ensure marketing supports full customer lifecycle. /ppManage external marketing agencies, freelancers, and media partners to scale execution. /ppREQUIREMENT /pulliEducation: /li /ululliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field /li /ululliExperience: /li /ululli5+ years of progressive experience in B2B/B2G marketing, ideally within tech, mobility, accessibility, or SaaS /liliProven ability to manage marketing funnel performance across top, middle, and bottom stages, using analytics to improve conversion rates at each stage. /liliProven experience with funnel automation, CRM integration, and AI tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, ChatGPT, Jasper) /liliDemonstrated experience overseeing marketing budgets of €100,000+ annually for funnel development, automation technology, and campaign execution. /liliDemonstrated success in leading strategic campaigns, managing budgets, and scaling programs internationally /liliComfortable operating across multilingual and multicultural environments /li /ululliSkills: /li /ululliStrategic thinker with analytical rigor and creative flair /liliExcellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities /liliHigh proficiency in digital marketing, lead gen, and performance tracking /liliBilingual in Spanish and English required; additional languages are an asset /li /ulpBONUS ATTRIBUTES /pulliPassion for inclusive design, accessibility, and social impact /liliUnderstanding of assistive technology and public procurement cycles /liliExperience in high-growth or start-up environments /liliFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks around data privacy and digital accessibility /li /ulpWHAT WE OFFER: /pulliA purpose-driven mission with measurable social impact /liliCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives /liliA remote-first, flexible work environment /liliOpportunities for global exposure and innovation /liliA collaborative team passionate about changing lives with technology /li /ul
