1. Own and drive the 360 marketplace fundamentals of account operations: seller onboarding, catalogue management, storefront, logistics, service and promotion KPI. Support the accounts of your book of business in their daily operation activity on the platform, offering guidelines, help, and strategic aidance when needed. 2. Secure activation of new and existing sellers with a clear calendar coordinated with internal teams and other KAMs. Drive ambitious sales targets by working on seasonals and organic marketplace model ramp up. 3. Manage and negotiate marketing funds and sales deductions from accounts to ensure external traffic resources, in app visibility, search boost tools, campaigns exposure and any other marketing activity to boost GMV. Coordinate with internal teams promotional, marketing and traffic resources to balance accounts investment. 4. Ensure account full product assortment and price competitiveness to get the most out of traffic efficiency. 5. Negotiate with accounts promotional deals for special marketing and promotional activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders accounts special events. 6. Promotional planning: Anticipate seasonal promotional calendar set up matching markets trends and customer needs. 7. Manage main accounts performance metrics (GMV, traffic, ASP, CR, SNAD, NR ) by internal data sources and use the data to improve account performance. 8. Support accounts on technical guidance to scale up accounts connect their catalogue with ISV, basic support needs to be given. 9. Own service metrics of sellers, including customer experience and logistic solutions.
**Position Requirement**
1. Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. More than 2 years of experience in key account management, preferably in an ecommerce environment in Pets or FMCG industries. 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts in a competitive market. 4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels within an organization. 5. Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions. 6. Fluent in English and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
