With 100+ talented team members globally and rapid expansion plans ahead, we're profitable, growing fast, and having fun doing it.Role OverviewThe Casino Partnership Manager will expand our content portfolio through strategic partnerships with game providers, negotiate favorable commercial terms with new and existing game providers, and manage key supplier relationships to ensure a diverse, engaging, and profitable game offering.Core ResponsibilitiesCommercial Negotiation & Deal StructureNegotiate commercial terms and contracts with new and existing partnersAdvocate for strategic advantages, including exclusive launches, improved commercial terms, and priority positioningStructure deals that align with business goals and maximize ROIWork with Legal to ensure agreements protect company interestsDevelop standardized deal templates and negotiation frameworksBusiness Development & Partnership ExpansionSource and evaluate new game providers to expand our content portfolioIdentify market gaps and player demands to guide partnership strategyDevelop and maintain a pipeline of potential content partnersRepresent our company at industry events to build network and discover new opportunitiesTechnical Feasibility AssessmentCollaborate with Engineering and Product from exploratory phase to completionIdentify technical integration costs and requirements for new partnershipsEvaluate compatibility of potential partners with our platform architectureBalance commercial opportunity with technical investment in partnership decisionsCross-Functional CollaborationMaintain accurate and up-to-date internal tools and trackers with relevant provider and game dataWork alongside Commercial Insights, Live Ops, and Platform teams to align on prioritiesWork with Live Ops, Retention, and Finance teams to fully utilize supplier rebates for marketing and promotional activitiesIdentify potential blockers early and support teams in meeting operational deadlinesQualificationsRequired3+ years of experience in account management or partner-facing rolesExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilitiesProven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsOrganized and responsible;
able to take initiativeand work with self-directionExperience within gaming, digital content, or entertainment industriesPreferredExperience as an account manager at a slot game supplier or slot game aggregatorBackground in social casino with sweepstakes, or online real money gamingFamiliarity with game integration workflows and technical specificationsExperience in content licensing and digital distributionUnderstanding of casino game mechanics and player behaviorDiversity Commitment :
