We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Account Manager to lead onboarding and account management within the Customer Success team for a global professional services firm specializing in digital marketing and consulting.
You will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process and managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and growth on the platform.
Responsibilities
* Guide clients through the onboarding process and educate them on how to use the platform.
* Develop personalized plans and resolve obstacles for a successful onboarding.
* Manage strategic relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and resources.
* Analyze data and generate recommendations for client retention and satisfaction.
Requisitos
* At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management.
* Fluent English (mandatory).
* Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
* Proactivity, organization, and results-oriented mindset.
* Experience with CRM tools and data platforms.
