Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive growth for Microsoft Advertising by enabling Sales Houses across EMEA and LATAM. You balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, coordinating partner onboarding, enablement, and operations to accelerate advertiser acquisition and account growth. You'll work closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver programs, tooling, and insights that improve revenue visibility and partner performance. You will lead with impact, influence across the organization, and help shape partner-led strategy in a highly matrixed environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Select and enable Sales House Partners to represent MSA and drive market growth, including staffing, RoB, and marketing commitments
- Draft Sales House contracts with targets and incentives
- Onboard Sales House partners on Microsoft systems with appropriate access and compliance
- Foster high-quality relationships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Support, L&D;, and other sales teams
- Manage regular Monthly Business Updates and evaluate partner and market performance against goals
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to semi-annual strategy reviews
- Lead Execution Excellence by standardizing sales processes and sharing best practices
- Evolve processes and tools;
develop reporting to illuminate revenue, forecast, and attainment
- Align internal billing and facilitate revenue attribution;
resolve disputes when needed
- Review performance against revenue targets and market growth goals
- Represent Sales leadership internally and advise on employee engagement, resource allocation, and change management
- Plan fiscal, strategic, and operational aspects for the Sales team and partners
Responsabilidades
- Experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, or related fields
- Experience using data to drive business decisions
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in sales or partnering with sales and understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Adaptability and ability to work through ambiguity with a focus on execution
- Willingness to travel as required
