**The company**Crimtan is a programmatic digital marketing company with proprietary technology that enables us to run intelligent, targeted, high performing display campaigns for well-known retail, travel, education, and financial brands globally. Our business is in a high growth phase, already with offices in Brighton, London, Dubai, Singapore, New York and Sydney and currently opening our latest office in Gijon, the beautiful Asturias area of Spain.This is a very exciting opportunity to be a key member of our new regional team. You will be integral to its' success and have responsibility in shaping the processes and growth going forward.Our vision is simple: To transform display advertising into repeat relevant individual experiences at scale.**The role**:As a Client Services (Account) Manager, you will be the point of contact for our Spanish clients, keeping them up to date on programmatic advertising campaign performance, from sign off to post-campaign reporting. You will do this by providing insights reports, fielding ad-hoc requests, and educating them about the programmatic world, ultimately helping them implement their wider display strategy. You will also help the trading team execute campaigns successfully, by relaying client feedback and requests, helping the client set clear and achievable goals, and generally ensuring campaigns run smoothly.Once relationships are established with clients, you will be expected to pro-actively support the sales teams in acquiring and delivering additional revenues - such as up-weights & contingency budgets - by providing sufficient campaign performance metrics to give clear rationale to the client to secure the revenue.**About the team**:The Client Service team sits in between our clients and our trading team - it ensures that Crimtan develops strong relationships with clients and supports the trading team deliver the best possible campaign results.**Key skills and experience**:1. Delivering and executing great programmatic campaigns, i.E. ensuring hitting core KPIs:- Supporting the trading team by relaying information from the client in a timely manner, including pixel setup and tags, targets, competitor performance, external factors affecting campaign, setting up the required reports etc.- Monitoring programmatic campaign performance, by ensuring we are pacing correctly and are on target- Fielding client requests, whether admin or insights, such as insights reports, campaign booking information etc.- Pro-actively managing expectations and educating the client when it comes to best practice, campaign strategies & KPIs, what is/isn’t possible etc.2. Helping the client develop and implement their wider display strategy through:- Helping them achieve ‘client firsts’ - doing something new for their brands, like sophisticated dynamic prospecting or a geo focused push.- Becoming their go-to, indispensable partner, where clients trust your expertise and value your input, be it on campaign execution, specific areas (mobile, brand safety etc.) or wider display strategy- Going the extra mile in terms of servicing - being pro-active and giving them truly bespoke insights during and after campaign- Understanding the bigger picture by learning about your clients’ products, general industry trends, or developments in digital marketing that may be relevant to them.3. Promoting and supporting client growth by:- Supporting the sales team by helping them answer briefs and going to client meetings in order share your experience gained running campaigns- Being more commercial by developing strong client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities and generally seeking opportunities to promote our solutions to clients**About you**:We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join the team.
