**Who are we looking for?**
An **HR professional** with **3-5 years of experience** in medium or large companies, ideally within industrial or aerospace environments.
We seek a **proactive, versátil, self-taught, and results-oriented person**, who keeps up-to-date with **labor laws, collective agreements, and equality plans**, and can bring continuous improvements to HR processes.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Recruitment of **technical and specialized talent** for industrial and aerospace environments.
- Detection and development of **internal talent**: career paths, training, and potential assessment.
- **Workforce management**: planning needs, hiring, and optimizing resources.
- **Collective bargaining & labor relations**: liaising with unions, managing agreements, and solving labor disputes.
- **Design and monitoring of equality plans**, aligned with law and company culture.
- Improvement proposals for **training and development**, fostering diversity and parity.
- Promoting **organizational culture**: well-being, engagement, and inclusivity initiatives.
- Advising managers and executives on **HR strategy and decision-making**.
- **Reporting and KPIs** on turnover, absenteeism, and training.
- Advanced use of **Excel and MS Office** for HR data and reporting.
- Continuous **self-learning and updating** on labor law, agreements, and sustainability practices.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in **Psychology, Labor Sciences, Labor Law or similar**.
- **Minimum C1 English** level.
- **3-5 years of HR experience** in medium or large companies.
- Solid knowledge of **technical recruitment, labor regulations, collective agreements, and equality plans**.
- Experience in **labor relations and union coordination**.
- Advanced command of **Excel and MS Office**.
- **Self-taught, flexible, proactive, and continuously updated** professional.
- **100% onsite availability** in Seville (AERÓPOLIS).
