About the Role
Join us as a Sales Account Manager – Global Outsourcers and Systems Integrators. In this role, you will own the Spanish territory and position BMC’s iconic technologies into some of the most prestigious customers.
Your Contributions
* Act as the main point of contact for your customers throughout the full sales cycle, supported by top product‑specialized Account Managers, Solution & Value Engineers, and a full ecosystem dedicated to customer centricity.
* Serve as the business owner of your territory to increase our footprint, build larger deals, and help BMC remain a leading market player.
* Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, both internally and externally, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
* Take advantage of the opportunity to learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself, and innovate when solving everyday problems.
Required Skill Set & Experience

* Demonstrable experience working with Global Outsourcers and Systems Integrators and leading team‑on‑team collaboration to manage the sales process.
* Ability to develop your business as a trusted partner with an in‑depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
* Spanish fluent (language requirement).
