Department: Sales– EMEA RegionReports To: Direct Sales Manager, EMEA RegionLocation: Spain (Home-based with frequent travel across the region)Position OverviewThe Key Account Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing strategic IVF clinic chain & KOL relationships within Spain for the company’s IVF laboratory product portfolio, including time-lapse incubators, culture media and associated consumables. This role plays a key part in developing long-term partnerships with fertility centers, clinics, and distributors to achieve revenue targets and strengthen the company’s market position in reproductive medicine.Key Responsibilities1.Sales & Revenue Growth- Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals for assigned territory.- Develop and implement strategic account plans for key IVF centers and distributor partners.- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the fertility sector.- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to KOLs, embryologists, and clinic management teams.2. Account Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clinical stakeholders.- Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure post-sales support, and coordinate with product application and service teams when required.- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and tenders in alignment with company policies.- Maintain accurate ERP records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.3. Collaboration & Reporting- Work closely with the EMEA Direct Sales Manager to ensure consistent market strategy and execution.- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Application teams to deliver effective product positioning and customer engagement initiatives.- Provide market insights, competitor updates, and feedback from customers to inform product and commercial strategies.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or IVF industry.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities (both Spanish and English).- Proven track record managing key accounts or selling high-value capital equipment in a clinical or laboratory setting.- Experience interacting with embryologists, clinicians, and hospital procurement departments is highly desirable.- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo)- Willingness to travel frequently within Spain and occasionally across EMEA.- Valid driving license.
