Pb About the Role /b /pp This role focuses on providing technical support and ensuring the proper functioning of industrial automation systems. You will diagnose issues, assist with installations and maintenance, and work directly with clients to guide them in using their systems effectively. It’s a hands-on position suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with automation technologies, and supporting customers in the field. /p pb Responsibilities: /b /pulli Provide remote and on-site technical support (when necessary) for installed industrial automation systems. /lili Diagnose and troubleshoot failures in automated systems and industrial equipment (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, among others). /lili Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment. /lili Assist in the installation, commissioning, and configuration of automation systems. /lili Work closely with customers, providing guidance on proper system usage and troubleshooting. /lili Ensure deadlines are met and the quality of services provided. /lili Identify opportunities for improvement in existing automation systems. /lili Prepare technical reports and documentation of the services performed. /lili Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and customers. /lili Participate in rotating shifts and on-call duties, including weekends and night coverage, to ensure service continuity and incident resolution. /li /ul pb Requirements: /b /pulli Bachelor#39;s degree and/or technical degree in Mechatronics, Control and Automation, or related fields. /lili Previous experience in industrial automation and technical support. /lili Knowledge of control systems (PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, sensors, etc.). /lili Familiarity with industrial networks (Modbus, Profibus, EtherNet/IP, etc.). /lili Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in automated systems. /lili Good communication skills and ability to work directly with customers. /lili Availability to travel and flexibility to work at different installation sites. /lili Desired knowledge in PLC programming and automation systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.). /lili Fluency in English (minimum B2 level). /lili Must have own car and valid driver#39;s license /li /ul pb Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion /b /pp Ethnic and cultural diversity, gender equity, and the inclusion of people with disabilities are essential to creating a workplace where everyone can truly be themselves.
