Job Description
- Reporting to the F&B; Manager, responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of Bar Team in charge, ensuring the smooth running of the profitable bar operation.
- Inspire and lead our bar team to deliver personalized service that exceeds expectations, ensuring each guest enjoys a unique and memorable experience.
- Mentor and cultivate the skills of our bar team, fostering their growth in both mixology expertise and the art of impeccable customer service.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve collective goals of revenue growth and sustained profitability.
- Ensure smooth operations and a motivated team ready for success by assisting with schedules, sales incentives, training, and additional outlet responsibilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the bar's offerings, including menu items, promotions, and events.
- Creating and promoting bar menus to boost revenues.
- Ensuring bar is well-stocked, clean and all equipment is running.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of excellence as Assistant Bar Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role within the luxury brand
- Proficient in English and Spanish
- Strong leadership and problem solving skills, outgoing personality, versátil working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Passion in creating innovative and visually appealing cocktails, as well as a deep understanding of mixology, ingredients, and techniques.
