Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update customer database and contact points.
* Familiarize with all personnel within client businesses and promote the Porcelanosa brand.
* Understand product range and technical specifications to provide suitable solutions.
* Engage regularly with local developers, interior designers, and architects to promote products.
* Develop and encourage sales through existing and prospective customers based on product quality and service.
* Introduce new products and services aligned with business strategy.
* Coordinate with company staff to meet customer expectations and service levels.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Maintain accurate reporting of all business activities.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Personal Attributes:
* Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and positive communication skills.
* Experience in face-to-face customer sales or related traits.
* Driven to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
* Proficiency in English and German.
* Background in kitchen, bathroom, tiles, or building materials preferred but not essential.
