JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
En Rhenus buscamos ADMINISTRATIVO /A DE FACTURACIÓN / CONTROLLING para nuestra delegación en Irún.
FUNCIONES:
- Gestión y emisión de facturas nacionales e internacionales derivadas del transporte de mercancías.
- Control de albaranes y verificación de servicios prestados por transportistas y colaboradores.
- Gestión de facturación específica para tráficos de exportación e importación (DUA, tránsitos, etc.).
- Validación de facturas de proveedores y resolución de discrepancias en tarifas pactadas.
- Control de costes operativos de la delegación y análisis de desviaciones presupuestarias.
- Apoyo en el cierre mensual mediante la provisión de ingresos y gastos no facturados.
- Seguimiento de cobros y gestión de impagados para asegurar el flujo de caja.
- Elaboración de informes de rentabilidad por ruta, cliente o tipo de servicio (KPIs).
- Registro de datos en el sistema ERP corporativo y mantenimiento de bases de datos de clientes.
- Verificación del cumplimiento de la normativa fiscal y aduanera en la documentación comercial.
- Coordinación con el departamento comercial para la actualización de tarifas y condiciones.
- Soporte administrativo en auditorías internas y externas de la delegación.
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUISITOS:
- 2 años de experiencia en áreas de Facturación / Controlling / Administración
- Excel como mínimo nivel medio (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, bases de datos)
- Inglés como mínimo nivel medio, valorable francés / alemán
- Valorable manejo de SAP
- Reportando a Responsable de Facturación / Gerencia
