Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver a seamless and effective recruitment experience.THIS APPEALS TO YOU- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer management, and onboarding coordination.- TA Partner: Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner by understanding business needs, providing market insights, and ensuring alignment with hiring goals.- Process Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of international recruitment processes, including salary benchmarking and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) implementation.- Collaboration on Global Projects: Participate in global HR projects, such as employer branding initiatives, vendor management, and the rollout of new tools and systems.- Specialized Recruitment: Drive hiring efforts for key profiles, including IT, software engineering, R&D, sales roles & moreTHIS IS YOU- Languages: Fluency in English and German (native or near-native proficiency in German is mandatory).- Additional languages, such as French and/or Spanish, are a strong advantage.- Education: Ideally, a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, either in an agency or in-house recruitment team.- Proven experience managing recruitment processes in the DACH region is a strong plus.- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors and experience in ATS implementation is a strong plus.- Experience recruiting IT, software engineering, R&D, or sales profiles is highly desirable.- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & multicultural environment.WHY JOIN US?- Competitive remuneration package: fixed part + bonus paid 2 times a year in March and September.
