Your position in our crew
As part of the current expansion of the Business Analytics team, we have a vacancy for the position of (Senior) Data Engineer (m / f / d). To support the group of companies in this transformation phase, the aim is to establish business analytics and intelligence as complementary value drivers in all key business decisions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes for the integration and processing of data from various sources.
* Drive forward the implementation and further development of data warehouse architectures based on Snowflake and Data Vault Builder.
* Ensure high data quality and availability.
* Continuously develop and optimize the business analytics infrastructure, considering departmental goals as well as standardization and automation aspects.
* Work closely with specialist departments to identify data requirements and optimization potential.
What you have in your luggage
* Degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, engineering or a comparable qualification.
* Very good knowledge in the creation and optimization of ETL processes.
* Sound experience in working with Data Vault Builder, Snowflake and Qlik Sense.
* Extensive experience in programming with SQL and Python.
* Experienced with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Fluency in German and English and strong communication skills.
* High motivation, independence, quick comprehension, organizational agility and sense of responsibility.
