**More on the Crushing Manager** role**:
- Responsible for Plant Performance (_which include Safety, Quality, Environment, Daily crush production, planning, reliability, KPIs, CU, compliance, etc._). Control and follow up of all manufacturing process, and performance objectives according to the parameters required by management.
- Responsible for People Management: performance review, development, training, promotions, changes, etc.
- Responsible for communication and reporting in alignment with BMOS requirements and Company Policies.
- Responsible to 5S implementation in their area of responsibility.
- Responsible to keep SOP’s up to date.
- Responsible to coordinate shutdowns.
- Crushing Manager is the final responsible for KPIs, so will present and push for initiatives, CAPEX to improvement KPIs and facilities.
- Responsible to coordinate internal transfers and storage of raw materials and finished products of manufacture of the plant.
- Participate in the HACCP meetings and supports with its knowledge the tasks arising from the maintenance of the HACCP system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technical Engineering, Chemistry or other related field
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
- +/- 3 years’ experience in similar position.
- Experience with project management and leading with teams in an agile setting.
- Experience of processes food Industry with process of manufacture and industrial laboratory or Energy.
- Availability for non-frequently travels.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package. SAP.
- Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor.
- Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders and with their team.
- Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress.
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry
- Proven knowledge and understanding of standard precision practices, technology and supporting industry principles.
