Job Description
Conduct a comprehensive review of the new client’s SEO proposal, project start details, client notes, and relevant documentation.
Collaborate with Content, Link Building, Technical, and Citation team strategists to ensure thorough understanding of the client and project objectives.
Participate in internal kickoff meetings with the team and account manager to clarify client goals, services, and allocated hours for SEO strategy implementation.
Create and organize internal SEO project documentation in our project management software and Google Drive to facilitate team communication and collaboration.
Perform strategy audits to identify issues hindering site ranking, such as Google Penalties, lost ranking URLs, poor backlinks, thin content, or unoptimized title/meta properties.
Conduct keyword research focused on achieving client goals, emphasizing intent-based keywords to generate leads.
Build and update the website sitemap to include new or optimized pages for targeted keywords.
Develop an information content marketing strategy, especially for national campaigns aiming for increased exposure or leads.
Break down the overall strategy into clear, actionable tasks with assigned resources.
Set and monitor deadlines for tasks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely progress and addressing delays proactively.
Estimate hours for new pages or content updates, enhance content word count, and prioritize quick-win pages for faster ranking results.
Manage campaign expenses, staying within budget on hours and estimating monthly costs.
Oversee project budgets and resources to ensure completion within scope and budget constraints.
Identify and resolve potential roadblocks during the project lifecycle.
Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends and best practices, providing informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, programming, or web development.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in project management.
* Solid understanding of SEO principles and the web design process.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
* Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
* Comfortable using Hubstaff for tracking work hours.
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Philippine time. We use Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring.
