Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and issue resolution of SAP
S/4HANA SD or FICO modules.
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for SAP system-related issues,
ensuring system stability and business continuity.
Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and follow up on
implementation and completion.
Monitor and handle exceptions related to external system integrations, including
data transmission issues and interface errors.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support integration with
systems such as DMS, banking systems, and 3PL platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or
related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, with proficiency in either SD
(Sales and Distribution) or FICO (Finance and Controlling) modules.
Ability to independently handle SAP system operational support and daily issue
resolution.
Extensive experience in external system integration, including interfaces with
systems such as DMS, banking systems, or 3PL.
Strong ability to identify and resolve abnormal data transmission and interface
issues.
Experience in the automotive industry (OEM or parts suppliers) is required.
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and service
oriented mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural and multi-time-zone environment.
Fluent in English as a working language; Spanish is a plus.
