We are looking for anHR Managerto lead and develop human resources in amultinational manufacturing companywith a strong presence in Europe.
About the Role
Reporting directly to theHuman Resources Director Europeand thePlant General Manager, the HR Manager will be responsible for thestrategic and operational management of all HR activitiesat the plant level.
This includes HR administration, recruitment, talent management, training, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with employment legislation.
You will play a key role insupporting managers, fostering a positive working environment, and ensuring that HR practices align with both corporate policies and local regulations.
Main Responsibilities
Oversee theday-to-day HR operationsand lead 2 HR Technicians.
Ensure compliance withemployment lawand collective bargaining agreements.
Ensure consistent application ofpayrollandcompensation and benefitspolicies.
Support managers in all aspects of people management: recruitment, development, training, performance, and disciplinary processes.
Leadrecruitment and onboardingprocesses according to company policy.
Develop and implementtraining and development plansaligned with business needs.
Act as a trusted partner formanagement and employee representatives.
Contribute to HR reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
Degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
At least5 years of experiencein Human Resources within anindustrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge ofemployment legislationand social relations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on, proactive and organized, with the ability to work both strategically and operationally.
Spanish Fluent- must have
English,medium level.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office
