Experteer OverviewIn this role you will act as a site SME for reliability and maintenance, leading cross-functional initiatives to improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and cut costs. You will drive RCA/RCFA, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, and apply advanced diagnostics to glass manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with operations to implement data-driven improvements and mentor teams in reliability best practices. This role offers impact across equipment performance, maintenance processes, and safety culture at Guardian Glass.

* Conduct RCA/RCFA and implement solutions to boost equipment reliability
* Monitor bad-actor lists and drive systematic elimination of problematic assets
* Analyze failures and report findings to management
* Manage reliability data (OEE, failure codes, asset hierarchy, BOMs, technical library)
* Support CMMS improvements and continuous improvement of work practices
* Optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs and maintain plans
* Lead equipment criticality, FMEA, and advanced PM technologies (oil analysis, vibration, thermography, ultrasonic, motor testing)
* Update maintenance plans based on failure modes and data, plus troubleshoot complex issues
* Identify and implement projects to raise asset/resource/facility reliability
* Train and coach teams on reliability methods and systems
* Support reliability excellence deployment and metric management
* Provide hands-on technical advice for plant maintenance and operations
Responsabilidades
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline;
or equivalent experience
* 3+ years in industrial manufacturing maintenance and reliability
* Knowledge of predictive technologies (vibration, infrared, ultrasound, machinery lubrication)
* Ability to facilitate RCA and Reliability Centered Maintenance methods
* Strong understanding of reliability systems and reliability growth
* Solid data analysis and continuous improvement experience
* Fluent in English and Spanish
