System Build (SB):
Based on various data sources such as Gross to Net (GTN), previous DSN, master data files, CRM, and all HR / CBA / client-specific agreements, create in the payroll engine:
* Payroll Project including all locations;
* Creation of specific codes;
* Setup for specific clients / CBA, including all entitlements and social contracts;
* Load historic payroll data for the current civil year up to the month before the parallel run, including payslips and payroll documents;
* Assist GMP team with mapping local codes to global standards.
Perform 1 to 3 parallel payroll runs as needed: calculate payroll as if Safeguard was the provider, deliver outputs, and reconcile differences with the current payroll provider, focusing on GTN and payslips.
Support GMP implementation with mapping adjustments, prepare for go-live, and manage interactions and setup at LM level.
Transition to Payroll Production:
Prepare for production by creating client profile templates and coordinating with Payroll Team leader for client account setup in Global Unity.
Conduct a pre-go-live call with the Operations Payroll Specialist (OPS) to discuss client specifics and ensure smooth transition.
Support OPS during the first month of production, maintaining relationships and verifying payroll inputs/outputs, then transfer ownership after this period.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Full knowledge of NL payroll and HR legislation.
- Proficiency with NL Payroll engine (AFAS).
- C1 English, fluent in Dutch (C2), excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Numbers is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt.
- HR experience is beneficial.
