Developing our people is at the heart of what we do, especially as we experience rapid growth and plan to continue expanding.Key job responsibilitiesLeading and developing a team of Trainers and a Learning SpecialistEnd-to-end ownership of the associate and leader training programs at the site, from needs analysis to management and execution of trainingCreating effective partnerships with other Learning Teams within the EU to share best practicesPlanning, developing, and evaluating all training initiatives in collaboration with the senior team and Amazon's central leadershipOwning, developing, and communicating projectsDiving deep into performance results, identifying trends and root causes, and proactively deploying training and coaching solutions to address safety, quality, and productivity within the FCProviding coaching and feedback on leadership topics through 121s and facilitated workshops to identify development opportunitiesConducting floor walks, GEMBAS, and researching improvement opportunitiesA day in the lifeAs a Learning Manager, your role involves team management, business analysis, data interpretation, daily meetings, project oversight, and risk mitigation. Your routine includes participating in "Daily Dive Deep" sessions, stakeholder calls (such as Assumptions, Labour Planning, Quality, and Safety), and one-on-one meetings with key stakeholders. You will oversee PIT governance, capacity management, trainer certification, content enhancement, and project management. Additionally, you will handle team organization, training coordination, reviewing resumes, interviewing, providing feedback, contributing to projects, managing non-routine tasks, and pursuing ongoing personal development.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degreeExperience managing a team with a focus on career development and succession planningExperience analyzing and interpreting performance metrics, with advanced Excel skillsBusiness-level proficiency in Spanish and English (minimum B1 written and conversational)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
