Experteer Overview As Advisory Solutions Lead, you define, govern, and improve the bank's advisory service end-to-end. You bridge Front Office with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory alignment and effective client guidance across Wealth, Personal, and Business segments. You shape the advisory offering, coordinate stakeholders, and drive adoption with data-driven insights. You lead cross-functional launches in Investment Solutions, delivering compliant, client-focused solutions at scale. You will help the bank enhance advisory quality while supporting strategic growth.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Own end-to-end advisory process including client journey, roles, evidence, and controls for traceability.
- Ensure compliance of advisory services, processes, and communications with Legal and Compliance.
- Define and evolve advisory offering across segments, identifying needs and designing solutions.
- Lead coordination of launches within Investment Solutions scope: planning, requirements, testing, rollout, monitoring.
- Partner with Front Office, Investments/Products, Risk, Operations, Technology and Marketing to ensure delivery and data-driven decision-making.Responsabilidades
- 5+ years in advisory process and its operational requirements (suitability, documentation, controls, monitoring).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for investment advisory with experience engaging Compliance and Legal.
- Solid knowledge of investment funds, their risks, mechanics and portfolio fit.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to understand needs across Wealth, Personal and Business.
- Fluent English and advanced Excel; proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Teams/SharePoint; analytics and reportinga plus.Requisitos principales
