Junior Business Development Manager (F/M/D/X)
Drooms is looking for a Junior Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition and strengthen relationships within the capital markets sector. Join a team that is dedicated to leading Europe’s data room market for commercial real estate investment.
What we do
We are sales professionals with personality, driven by the mission to establish Drooms as Europe’s leading data room provider for commercial real estate investments. As relationship builders, we are the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in shaping our products through valuable market insights and strong connections.
Responsibilities
* Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers (investment banks, advisors or large corporates)
* Sales of software solutions for dealing with confidential information on M&A transactions
* Account planning, strategic sales, support and development of key accounts
* Presentations, creating and following‑up on offers, contract negotiations directly with decision makers
* Participating and networking at trade fairs, congresses and events
* Documentation of activities in company CRM
Your profile
* Ability to establish great relationships within the capital markets sector (Investment Banking & private equity, real estate)
* Experience engaging, presenting and closing next steps on client‑facing meetings
* Proven track record in driving the full sales cycle from start to finish: cold calls, building pipelines and closing
* Industry knowledge in M&A and/or real estate
* Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills, hands‑on mentality, strong engagement and motivation
* Excellent command of Spanish and business‑fluent English required;
knowledge of other languages is an advantage
* Desirable: Industry knowledge in the areas of software, sales, SaaS
